Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMPs and food safety regulations.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with FSMA, Preventative Controls, and Hazard Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of incoming ingredients and finished products.
• Lead and document quality control activities and training.
• Manage quality records and audits, including mock recalls.
• Coordinate with production and QA leadership for non-conformances.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs for testing and inspections (mycotoxin testing).
• Assist with internal, customer, and third-party audits.
