Perdue Foods in Maryland is seeking a Feed Quality and Operational Excellence Technician to drive quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across our feed manufacturing operations.
You will monitor production metrics, ensure regulatory and company standards, and collaborate with feed mill teams, nutritionists, veterinarians, and lab partners to deliver safe, high-quality feed while optimizing efficiency.

As a Feed Quality and Operational Excellence Technician, you will play a critical role in monitoring production metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and identifying opportunities to enhance performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally with feed mill teams, nutritionists, veterinarians, and laboratory partners to deliver safe, high-quality feed while optimizing efficiency across the operation. This position has a target wage of $23.00 - $34.25 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.
