Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a dependable worker to cover shifts when regular staff are absent. You will set up production lines, manage knife distribution, and train new hires while maintaining a clean, safe work area in a wet and cold production environment.

Primarily responsible for filling in/performing all jobs in assigned area/department in absence of regular worker. Trains new and current associates on jobs in area as needed. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Basic math skills.
