Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Willingness and ability to travel and temporarily relocate during training.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervisory responsibilities at the feed mill.
• Monitor production processes, schedules and controls.
• Supervise and coach feed mill employees.
