Pilgrim's in Lufkin, Texas, is seeking a Feed Mill Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced production environment. You will oversee feed mill maintenance, scheduling, supervision, and quality controls while ensuring safety and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in the poultry industry, 2–5 years in commercial feed, and supervisory experience; mechanical aptitude and SAP/Microsoft Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in poultry industry required.
• 2-5 years of commercial feed experience required.
• Previous supervisory capacity preferred.
• Mechanically inclined preferred.
• Working knowledge of bag feed operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred (Word, Excel, etc).
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor feed sampling.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
• Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill.
• Match feed delivery tickets.
• Minimal travel is required.
• Routine discomforts from exposure to heat, cold, moisture and unpleasant air conditions.
• Possible exposure to soiled materials and light chemicals from cleaning solutions.

Purpose and Scope/General Summary:

We are looking for a Feed Mill Supervisor for Pilgrim's in Lufkin, Texas.

Pilgrim's is seeking a Feed Mill Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced production environment. You'll oversee critical operations such as Feed Mill maintenance, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, , sanitation, budgeting, and productivity while driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process coordination. Responsibilities:

• Monitor feed sampling.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
• Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill.

• Routine discomforts from exposure to moderate heat, cold, moisture/wetness, and unpleasant air conditions.
