Smithfield in North Carolina is seeking a production operator to join the feed mill team. You will follow procedures for batching and pelleting, operate equipment, and maintain shift reports while ensuring safety and accuracy in daily production.
The role requires reading and following safety rules, ability to work up to 50 hours per week including nights and holidays, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced plant environment. Training and environmental compliance are emphasized.

Compensation: $17.75/hr (+ $1.00/hr Night Shift Premium)
