Primarily responsible for maintaining accurate data within MTech, creating feed deliveries, and supervising dispatchers in order to achieve the most efficient and effective deliveries in a safe manner. Also responsible for compliance with all company policies, FSMA regulation, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations. Responsible for reviewing daily production activities.
This role is a Leader of People role with required competencies: sizing up people, delegation, planning, customer focus and conflict management.
