Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to lead FedRAMP security compliance for our cloud environment. The role partners with Engineering, DevOps, and Compliance to maintain authorization, monitoring, and continuous improvement across Azure, AWS, or GCP.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in information security/compliance, deep FedRAMP knowledge, and strong NIST 800-53 experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years information security or compliance experience.
• 3+ years supporting FedRAMP, FISMA, or federal compliance programs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, RMF, FISMA and related security controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ISSO for FedRAMP-authorized systems.
• Maintain the Authority to Operate (ATO) and support continuous monitoring.
• Lead FedRAMP monitoring, reporting, audits, and coordinating with 3PAOs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Cloud Operations, DevOps, Product and Compliance teams.
• Maintain documentation: SSP, SAR, POA&M, CM Plan, IRP, and related artifacts.
• Monitor security events and remediation efforts; track KPIs and status.
