Job summary

Menlo Security is seeking a FedRAMP Compliance Manager to ensure cloud services meet federal security standards and support audits. The role focuses on DoD IL6 authorization, FedRAMP High/Moderate, and NIST SP 800-53 controls while coordinating with engineering and security teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in information security compliance, experience with FedRAMP documentation, and the ability to interface with 3PAOs and government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of information security compliance or risk management experience, preferably FedRAMP/FISMA-regulated.
• Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP baselines, and authorization processes.
• Experience with security documentation (SSP, POA&M, SAP, SAR).
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and interpreting findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern a comprehensive compliance roadmap to maintain CMMC certification.
• Drive strategic initiatives for DoD IL6 authorization projects and federal work.
• Serve as SME for FedRAMP High standards and liaison to Federal Sales Team.
• Support FedRAMP Moderate authorization processes including documentation.
• Map security controls to FedRAMP and NIST SP 800-53 baselines.
• Coordinate with engineering/DevSecOps to embed security requirements.
• Maintain continuous monitoring docs and support assessments and audits.
• Interface with 3PAOs, government customers, and stakeholders.
