This position typically pays $17 to $22 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, shift differential pay for overnight or early morning shifts, attendance bonuses, and peak season incentives.

Warehouse Workers must follow FedEx safety policies, package handling procedures, and productivity standards to ensure packages are processed accurately and on time. Employees are expected to work quickly and safely while meeting hourly sorting and loading quotas. Workers may be assigned to loading, unloading, sorting, or scanning roles depending on operational needs.
