Tam Transportation Company Inc. is hiring reliable and responsible FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our team. You will deliver packages safely and on time while providing outstanding customer service. No CDL required.

Responsibilities include safely operating a company vehicle, planning efficient routes, verifying documentation, and reporting issues promptly. Earn bonuses per stop, weekly pay, paid training, and a week of vacation after one year.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift up to 150 lbs and handle packages safely.

Tam Transportation Company Inc. is hiring reliable and responsible FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our team! As a key part of our operations, you’ll deliver packages safely and on time while providing outstanding customer service.

**No CDL Required**

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver packages on assigned routes.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, loading/unloading packages as needed.
• Plan efficient routes and follow all traffic and safety laws.
• Verify delivery documentation and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Report any issues, accidents, or vehicle malfunctions promptly.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 150 lbs and handle packages safely.
• Additional Pay: $0.50 per package + $25 daily bonus for on-time pickups and good attendance
• Weekly Pay & Paid Training
• 1 Week Paid Vacation after 1 year of service
• Schedule: 6 days in a week.

EARN MORE PER STOP!

Rural Routes :

After completing 95 stops, earn an additional $1.10 per stop plus $0.05 per package.

City Routes :

After completing 115 stops. earn an additional $1.10 per stop plus $0.05 per package
