Marrec Logistics, Inc. is hiring delivery drivers for local routes with about 125 stops a day in Hendersonville, Portland, and Cottontown. Starting pay is $190 per day, paid weekly on Friday. This role is a good fit if you can work independently and provide professional customer service.

Marrec Logistics, Inc. operates from its terminal at 100 Fedex Way in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, and serves Hendersonville, Portland, and Cottontown. Routes include residential and business deliveries, with some express stops. Drivers receive one week of paid training at the same pay rate as regular work. The fleet includes step vans, high-top vans, and a small box truck

The Job

You’ll deliver packages on local residential and business routes, including some express stops. The routes average 125 stops and 85–110 miles per day. You’ll operate a company-provided delivery vehicle, load and unload packages, and complete deliveries at homes and businesses. The work involves frequent bending, lifting, and getting in and out of the vehicle, with packages weighing up to 150 lbs.

Compensation

• Pay structure: Flat daily rate
• Training pay: $190 per day for one week
• Stop bonus: $1 per stop over 140 stops
• Peak bonus: Details discussed before peak
• Pay frequency: Weekly on Friday

Requirements

Schedule

Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday. Start time is 8:00 AM. Routes average 7.5 hours and continue until all packages are delivered.
