Job summary

Waggle Route Inc is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our Lincoln, NE team. You will deliver packages, work independently, and be home daily. Paid training and weekly pay are provided, with both full-time and part-time options.

A clean driving record and ability to lift up to 150 lbs are required, and no CDL is needed. We operate with GPS-guided routing and emphasize safety and customer service, offering a structured schedule and opportunities for growth within a supportive FedEx Ground

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs., including bending, lifting, and maneuvering packages in and out of the delivery vehicle.
• No CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle.
• Pick up, scan, load, and deliver packages.
• Complete timely and accurate deliveries.
• Load and unload packages and maneuver them to delivery locations.
• Maintain and operate electronic delivery equipment.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS while following traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and maintain proper delivery documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues.
• Perform vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations promptly.
• Follow company delivery and safety policies.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Age 21 or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be willing to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening tag incorrectly split
• Must be willing to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs., including bending, lifting, and maneuvering packages in and out of the delivery vehicle
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus
• No CDL required
