Job summary

Bulldog Management Corporation in Tallahassee, FL, is hiring FedEx Delivery drivers (full-time and part-time). No CDL required. Earn $1,000 to $1,300 weekly with paid training and personal time.

Duties include local residential and business deliveries, 130–180 stops daily, and safe vehicle operation. Requirements: 21+, valid license with clean driving record, pass drug test and DOT physical, ability to lift 75 lbs (150 lbs with hand truck), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test (includes marijuana) with continued random drug screens.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Be able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck.
• Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work and be on time.
• Be able to climb stairs and work in all weather.
• Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate your vehicle safely at all times.
• Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences; typically 130–180 stops daily.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and load your daily deliveries.
• Work independently and as part of a team with strong customer service.
• Use scanner to track delivery progress and ensure proper package disposition.
• Complete routes on time with consistent delivery performance.

Requirements:

Daily Duties include but not limited to:

• Your vehicle must be operated safely at all times
• Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform 130-180 stops a day
• Perform daily inspection of vehicle including checking fluid levels
• Loading vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with manager
• Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process
• Accurate disposition of package delivery and pickups is a must and critical to our integrity.
• Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner

Paid training will be provided that covers delivery/route procedures, standard equipment operations, customer service skills, and driver safety.
