Job summary

KRM Capital, Inc. is hiring FedEx Delivery drivers in the Plain City area. You will be responsible for delivering and picking up packages to homes and businesses on local routes, with up to ~150 stops per day.

Training is provided, with strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and timely deliveries. Compensation includes a weekly pay range of $800–$850 plus a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with competitive benefits and a supportive

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test with random screens.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and up to 150 lbs with a hand truck.
• Pass FedEx Ground background check.
• Have reliable transportation and be on time each workday.
• Able to work in all weather and climb stairs as needed.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle safely at all times.
• Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences (up to about 150 stops per day).
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and load daily routes.
• Work independently or as part of a team and communicate with management.
• Provide excellent customer service and update delivery status accurately.
• Ensure proper disposition of packages and timely route completion.

We are hiringregular full time and part time FedEx Delivery drivers with work-related driving experience and a strong work ethic to make local residential and business deliveries. (CDL License Not required!) If you have been a Local Driver, Route Driver, Truck Driver, Courier, Pick Up Driver, Delivery driver - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, or any other similar companies - that is a plus! Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test (includes marijuana) with continued random drug screens throughout employment
• Pass a DOT physical
• Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with hand truck
• Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
• Have reliable transportation to and from work - Be on time and ready to work each workday
• Be able to safely climb stairs
• Be able to work in all types of weather
• Have a strong work ethic and get it done attitude

Daily Duties include but not limited to:

• Your vehicle must be operated safely at all times
• Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform up to 150 stops a day
• Perform daily inspection of vehicle including checking fluid levels
• Loading vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with manager
• Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process
• Accurate disposition of package delivery and pickups is a must and critical to our integrity.
• Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
