L&A Trucking Inc, a FedEx Ground contractor, seeks delivery drivers for inner-city Odessa routes. You’ll operate a P1000 or 16-foot box truck, delivering packages along a ~90 mile daily route over about 10 hours. Training is provided and you’ll be paid at a flat daily rate.

Competitive weekly pay, company vehicle and uniform provided, plus PTO after one year. Heavy lifting is involved; military veterans are encouraged to apply. No CDL required, background check and drug test are required.

Responsabilités

About L&A Trucking Inc

L&A Trucking Inc is a FedEx Ground contractor with an inner-city delivery route covering Odessa, Texas. Drivers use P1000 and 16-foot box trucks. The position includes two weeks of paid training at the same daily pay.

The Job

You’ll deliver packages on an inner-city route in the Odessa area, driving a company-provided P1000 or 16-foot box truck. The route is about 90 miles per day and averages 10 hours, until all packages are delivered. You’ll load and unload packages and make deliveries to customers’ doors or designated access points. The work involves frequent bending and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation

• Daily pay: $200 per day
• Training pay: $200 per day for two weeks
• Pay structure: Flat daily rate
• Pay frequency: Weekly on Friday
• Expected weekly pay: $1,200 (6-day schedule)
• Weekly pay, every Friday
• Paid training at the same rate for two weeks
• Five days of PTO after one year of employment
• Company-provided vehicle, uniform, and equipment

Requirements
