Responsibilities

• Pick up, sort, load, and deliver packages in a timely and safe manner.
• Follow assigned routes and complete deliveries according to schedule.
• Operate delivery vehicles responsibly and in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Verify shipment information and ensure accurate package handling.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers during deliveries and pickups.
• Inspect vehicles before and after routes and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and proof of delivery documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding route status or delivery issues.
• Handle packages of varying sizes and weights up to 150lbs with care.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the route
• Comfort with physical activity, including lifting and carrying packages as needed
• Basic technology skills for using handheld devices, GPS, and delivery applications
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism
• Must be 21 years old or more
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Chauffeur's License

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, or a related field
• Familiarity with route planning and package handling procedures
• Experience providing service in a customer-facing role
