Job summary

SOE Logistics in Fredericksburg, VA is hiring regular full-time FedEx Delivery drivers to handle local residential and business deliveries. CDL not required. We value responsible individuals with a clean driving record; prior delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include following routes and schedules, loading and unloading deliveries, and complying with DOT regulations. Paid training and paid time off are offered, with above-average daily pay around $165.

Qualifications

• Delivery driver experience preferred, including gig platform work.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid U.S. Driver's License.

Good Skills to Have:

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver (including any work done with Grubhub, Doordash, Uber, Lyft,etc.)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• High school degree

Requirements

• The ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
• Must be at least 21 years old

Pay at $165/day + Threshold bonuses
