Route Powers, Corp is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team in East Point, GA. You will deliver packages to local homes and businesses, work independently, and be home every day.

We offer paid training, weekly pay, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage. No CDL is required, and you must be at least 21 with a clean driving record. The role emphasizes safety, dependability, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must clear pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Prior courier service experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs.
• No CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining their condition upon arrival.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan and follow efficient routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and ensure proper documentation for each delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and accommodating.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and promptly communicate delays or issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow company policies, delivery procedures, and safety protocols.
• Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
