Bulldog Management Corporation in Davenport, FL is hiring full-time FedEx Delivery drivers to handle local residential and business deliveries. CDL not required; prior delivery experience is a plus. Immediate start, with paid training and opportunities to grow within the role.

Drivers will operate step vans/box trucks, handling 130–180 stops daily while providing excellent customer service. Safety, reliability, and punctuality are essential in this fast-paced position.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test with random screens and a DOT physical.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work and be on time.
• Able to climb stairs and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Delivery driving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up packages for businesses and residences; 130–180 stops daily.
• Safely operate vehicle and perform daily inspections.
• Load vehicle and organize daily loads for routes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with management.
• Use scanner to track deliveries and ensure accurate dispositions.
• Complete routes in a timely manner and meet delivery targets.

Requirements:

Daily Duties include but not limited to:

• Your vehicle must be operated safely at all times
• Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform 130-180 stops a day
• Perform daily inspection of vehicle including checking fluid levels
• Loading vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with manager
• Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process
• Accurate disposition of package delivery and pickups is a must and critical to our integrity.
• Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
