Jacksonville State University in Alabama is seeking a Federal Work Study Student for the Financial Aid Call Center. You will handle incoming calls, assist students with their Financial Aid status, and support enrollment initiatives with a focus on quality service.
Position requires eligibility for Federal Work Study, enrollment as a JSU student, and the ability to work up to 20 hours per week. Schedule varies with class times and on-campus events throughout the year, with duties in coordination

In the Financial Aid Call Center, the Federal Work Study Student will be responsible for answering incoming calls directed to the Call Center with high-quality customer service. As well as making outbound calls to students regarding their Financial Aid status and other enrollment initiatives throughout the year. The Federal Work Study Student will work closely with financial aid staff to assist as needed and to make sure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Positions may be filled based on individual applicants’ skills, qualifications, and departmental needs.
