Job summary

Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) in Jamestown, NC is seeking a Federal Work Study student to support the Athletics Department with day-to-day and game-day operations. The role requires basic knowledge of volleyball, basketball, and baseball and a flexible schedule to cover morning, afternoon, and some evening shifts.

Pay is $15.00 per hour, up to 20 hours per week, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in collegiate athletics administration and event support.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of Volleyball, Basketball, and Baseball.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, and some evenings.
• Must be eligible for Federal Work Study and show financial need as part of GTCC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day and game-day operations within the Athletics Department.
• Support event setup, equipment management, and scorekeeping as required.
• Coordinate with staff and coaches to ensure smooth operations.
