Job summary

Korean Women's Association (KWA) in Federal Way, WA is seeking a full-time Home Care Supervisor. The role offers competitive pay of $23.92–$26 per hour with extensive benefits.

You will coordinate caregiver schedules, supervise staff, and ensure timely, compassionate in-home care for clients in Western Washington. This is a full-time on-site position based in Federal Way, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise staff.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Ability to pass criminal history and reference checks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules to ensure clients receive the care they need when they need it most.
  • Support and supervise caregivers to maintain quality in home care services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks
We would prefer:
  • Some college
  • Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position based in Federal Way, WA, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
