Job summary

OCT Consulting LLC seeks a Visual Communications & Design Specialist to support a federal client in Washington, DC. You will design UIs for Power Platform apps and create graphics for reports, ensuring branding consistency.

The role requires US citizenship, a BA/BS with 4+ years (or MA/MS with 2+ years) of relevant experience, and Adobe Certified Professional certification. On-site work with some remote work is possible. Salary range $80k-$100k.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree (MA/MS) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in UI design, content creation, and brand support.
Adobe Certified Professional certification required.
HSPD-12 CAC Tier 2 background investigation.
Primarily on-site in Washington, DC with remote work allowed situationally.

Responsibilities

Design user interfaces for Power Platform applications.
Create graphics for reports and briefings.
Ensure consistent branding across all deliverables.
Support communication management, knowledge management, and program reporting objectives.
Develop, review, and produce external-facing content (press releases, brochures, web content, social posts).
Coordinate external content with Marketing and ensure branding and approval protocols.
