Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a skilled UiPath RPA Developer to design, build, and maintain automation solutions for federal agency programs. You will collaborate with analysts, SMEs, and testers to deliver scalable, secure automations across cloud and on-prem environments, while aligning with DoD and government security requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of development experience, and experience with UiPath Orchestrator, AI Center, and Autopilot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of progressive development experience.
• At least 1 year's experience as a Robotic Process Automation developer, UiPath preferred.
• Experience with configuration, development, testing, and deployment using Agile.
• Python and object-oriented languages, scripting and SQL knowledge.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance; DMV area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath and best practices.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Follow and recommend improvements of methodologies, QA/testing, policies, and procedures.
• Recommend continual improvements for RPA solutions.
• Author and maintain SDDs, process definitions, and automation artifacts.
• Build, deploy, and monitor automations in UiPath Orchestrator with queue management.
• Leverage UiPath Automation Suite for enterprise-grade automations across cloud and on‑prem.
• Develop UiPath Autopilot experiences to support AI-assisted decision-making.
• Implement Document Understanding workflows with OCR data processing.
• Integrate UiPath with third-party systems and APIs for end-to-end automation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and testers to ensure value delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure iterative, high-quality delivery.
