Job summary

BridgePhase, LLC is seeking a self-driven, customer-focused professional to support a Federal customer in a fast-paced technical environment. This role involves gathering requirements with stakeholders, supporting testing activities, and executing ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) work.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software and IT modernization is required.
• Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements.
• Experience supporting testing and O&M activities.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.

Responsibilities
