Job summary

Stand Together Fellowships invites applications for the Koch Internship Program's Tax Foundation Federal Tax Policy Intern. This paid internship will conduct research on federal tax policy debates and support scoring models, with opportunities to work across partner organizations nationwide.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in undergrad or master's programs, with interest in tax policy, strong communication and data analysis skills, and a background in economics, political science, or public

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master's program.
• Interest in federal tax policy and alignment with Tax Foundation's mission.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.
• Background in economics, political science, or public policy is preferred.
• Familiarity with Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on current federal tax debates.
• Support modeling efforts for economic and revenue scoring.
• Analyze the distributional effects of proposed tax changes.
