You will manage pro-forma returns, book-to-tax adjustments, and quarterly estimates while partnering with business units and specialists.

The role requires strong Federal tax expertise, process leadership, and a collaborative approach to drive timely, accurate tax outcomes across a multinational organization.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. Federal income tax compliance, provision, and reporting activities.
• Strong understanding of federal tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex tax matters and apply technical guidance effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of U.S. Federal income tax compliance activities, including pro-forma 1120 returns and other book-to-tax adjustments.
• Lead federal quarterly tax estimate and provision processes with analysis and coordination across the enterprise.
• Coordinate annual compliance and quarterly reporting timelines with stakeholders.
