Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience directly related to this position.
• Maintain data in automated supply systems and respond to inquiries and process routine and complex supply transactions.
• Provide transcripts or other documentation to support educational claims.

Responsibilities

• Support non-nuclear material and service requirements for NAVSEA Puget Sound maintenance.
• Perform in-depth research and analysis of supply orders' validity and compliance with regulations.
• Perform supply transactions such as data entry, report generation and retrieval, and in-depth research.
• Identify alternate items, vendors, sources of supply, methods of procurement, or causes of major discrepancies.
• Prepare and process standard requisitions to stock or nonstandard requisitions using Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures and government purchase card.
• Research local and federal regulations to ensure compliance in procurement of hazardous materials.
• Contact customers, supply organizations, transportation units to obtain material status information and expedite delivery.
