Job summary

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) seeks a Special Agent to protect national security, investigate cyber threats, terrorism, fraud, and other federal offenses. Your background in law and analysis will translate into rigorous investigations and cross-agency collaboration.

Pay level is commensurate with base, locality, and availability pay, with a salary range of $93,749.00 to $133,200.00, reflective of locality and SCI clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or J.D. from a U.S. accredited college or university.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret SCI clearance.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Must meet FBI Employment Eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct investigations of potential violations of federal laws, cybersecurity, and public safety.
• Exercise judgment, resourcefulness, and versatility in meeting investigative demands.
• Create and maintain effective liaison relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement agencies.
• Maintain a level of physical fitness to ensure the readiness required to perform law enforcement duties.
