Job summary

CA CI International Inc. seeks a Solutions Architect/Modeler to document interfaces and assess the overall design of a Federal enterprise acquisition system modernization.

You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring robustness, security, and scalable architecture across program phases. Qualifications include 10+ years in enterprise architecture, DoDAF/TOGAF/UAF, MBSE, and OpenAPI-driven API design, with US citizenship and Tier 2 background clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• US Citizen with ability to pass Tier 2 background investigation.
• 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture with at least 5 years modeling Federal systems.
• Experience with architectural modeling frameworks/standards (UAF, DoDAF, TOGAF).

Responsibilities

• Document system interfaces and APIs using OpenAPI 3.x specifications per governance standards.
• Develop architecture views (conceptual, logical, physical, security, deployment, integration).
• Verify design and technical integrity across program phases, cloud platforms, and enterprise patterns.
• Model system integration strategy for data exchanges with internal/external entities.
• Identify, assess, mitigate technical risks across the lifecycle; guide development teams.
• Use MBSE to produce System Architecture Design Document, Solution Design Specification, Security Overview.
• Collaborate with Federal stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors (Appian, Groundswell).
• Ensure security compliance, performance optimization, and FedRAMP High adherence.
