Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Windows and Linux server environments in Federal environments.
• Hands-on administration of Control‑M including Enterprise Manager support.
• Experience supporting production systems with formal change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Ability to perform monitoring, logging, and performance tuning for multiple applications.
• Experience supporting enterprise SAP applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer web-based customer service platforms.
• Develop site concepts, interface designs, and web architectures for apps.
• Implement integrations with various applications to ensure seamless operation.
• Administer and maintain Project Office Portal, CRDB, Control‑M, LDAP, Fortify, BI/EDW, SAP environments.
• Manage and support Amazon WorkSpaces and related cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain applications using ASP, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Access, HTML, and DBMS technologies.
• Write and optimize SQL queries in SQL Server and Oracle.
• Ensure security using Kerberos, protocols, and SAP security role structures.
• Support SSO integration, CAMS, and MII within SAP environments.
• Provide support for Apache, NetWeaver, and related web server technologies.
• Utilize programming languages including HTML, Java, JavaScript, LDAP, PERL, PHP, .Net, Oracle PL/SQL, and APEX.
• Maintain and troubleshoot systems across Windows, Unix, and Linux.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective web solutions.
• Perform administration, monitoring, and performance tuning of portal systems and databases.
• Ensure compliance with IT Level 1 and IAT Level 2 requirements.
