Job summary

Alliance Consulting Group seeks a Proposal Manager to lead the development and production of proposal content and pre-qualification efforts for federal and private opportunities.

The role requires deep knowledge of federal procurement processes, proposal writing, and capture planning within the A/E services industry. This 100% in-office position demands authorization to work in the United States and offers strong career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal management experience in A/E, construction or federal contracting.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign and CRM/proposal tools.
• Knowledge of FAR, government contracting processes, and federal proposal best practices.
• Experience with SF330 preparation and federal submittals (USACE, NAVFAC, VA).
• Excellent writing and editing; strong document management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, content, compliance, and submissions for federal/private opportunities.
• Build and maintain repository of past performance, resumes, and project descriptions.
• Collaborate with technical and BD teams to refine messaging and submittals.
• Manage federal solicitations, including Sources Sought, SF330s, and task orders.
• Oversee proposal production schedule, deadlines, compliance, and quality.
• Write and edit proposal sections including approaches, past performance, and resumes.
• Ensure compliance with instructions, evaluation criteria, and branding guidelines.
• Support capture planning and pre-positioning interviews.
• Independently manage daily proposal activities and coordinate with partners.
