Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD, is seeking a Property Specialist Level I to manage inventory, shipping, storage and disposition of property in accordance with FAR and government regulations. Pay rate is $39.21 per hour.

You will use the AM system and MDAT for data entry, conduct inventories, and support Level II processes. Requires 2 years logistics experience, GED, forklift certification within 60 days, and ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent GED.
• Two years of work experience in logistics, supply and/or Property.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification within 60 days.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain required clearance.

Responsibilities

• Account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred.
• Maintain AM system of record and perform data entry.
• Reconcile asset attributes between records and system.
• Assist in developing Level II processes for shipping, receiving, storage and disposition.
• Assist in inventory reports per government guidelines.
• Perform stock inventories and annual/semi-annual counts.
• Input data into MDAT system and review MDAT requests.
• Coordinate Property Accountability functions and Level II duties.
• Process disposal documents for excess materials and equipment.
• Perform material handling and palletizing per storage factors.
• Operate loading/unloading and comply with safety requirements.
