The City of Woonsocket in Rhode Island is seeking a Federal Program & Grants Coordinator to support the administration of CDBG, ESG and HOME programs. The role involves coordinating reports, preparing bid specifications, and handling multiple grants under the direction of the Planning & Development Director and the Federal Administrator of Program and Grants.
Qualifications include 2 years of administrative experience with 1 year in public housing or community development, strong MS Office
Under the supervision of the Director of Planning & Development and the Federal Administrator of Program and Grants, the Federal Program & Grants Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination and implementation of Community Block Grant [CDBG], Emergency Solutions Grant [ESG] and HOME programs as well as other grants that are to the City of Woonsocket. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
