Job summary

Potomac Haven, Inc. is hiring a Power Platform Developer to deliver high‑volume automation for DHA. You will build Power Apps, flows, Dataverse models, and BI dashboards on DHA environments, while enforcing security & RMF controls and supporting ALM/DevSecOps practices.

Based onsite in San Diego, you will collaborate with DHA owners, cyber teams, and CoE stakeholders to ensure compliant, observable, and reusable solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Power Apps canvas and model-driven development.
• Implement 508 accessibility and mobile responsiveness.
• CAC/PIV-based access and least-privilege security.
• Design and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud/desktop).
• Develop Dataverse tables, rules, and security roles.
• Create Power BI datasets and dashboards for leadership.
• Apply ALM/DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tooling.
• Adhere to RMF/NIST/DoD security controls.
• Perform testing and documentation per DHA PWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and sustain Power Apps solutions.
• Automate approvals, data movement, and system integrations.
• Model and govern Dataverse data for applications and analytics.
• Develop dashboards and reports for DHA leadership and operators.
• Manage lifecycle with DevSecOps and version-control processes.
• Ensure security, confidentiality, and compliance of PHI/PII/CUI.
