Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Mid-Level Microsoft Power Apps & Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and workflows using the Power Platform. You will work with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions for mission-critical processes.

Required: 4–6 years’ development experience, 3+ years in Power Platform, and knowledge of Power Fx, SharePoint Online, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL. U.S.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–6 years of application development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Power Platform development.
  • Experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Power Fx, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar source control and CI/CD tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust or higher security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and custom pages based on approved requirements.
  • Translate wireframes, process diagrams, user stories, and functional requirements into working applications.
  • Apply usability, accessibility, responsive design, modularity, and maintainability principles.
  • Develop reusable components, templates, formulas, and common functions.
  • Configure forms, views, business rules, validation logic, and role-based experiences.
  • Participate in design reviews and recommend practical technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, usability, and functional issues.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Power Automate cloud flows.
  • Automate processes involving approvals, notifications, and data routing.
  • Integrate flows with Dataverse, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, SQL Server, and other systems.
  • Implement conditions, loops, parallel branches, child flows, and scheduled workflows.
  • Configure error handling, logging, and operational notifications.
  • Diagnose failed or slow flows and optimize performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
  • Follow security, governance, and development standards in a federal environment.
  • Collaborate effectively in an Agile development team.
