Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old.
• Pass the Police Officer Selection System (POSS) written test and panel interview.
• Pass U.S. Government physical exam and obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Complete a Financial Disclosure Form and attend training.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain public safety and respond to emergencies.
• Investigate suspicious activities and enforce laws.
• Pursue and arrest suspects involved in criminal acts.
• Screen vehicles for explosive devices.
• Prepare incident reports and monitor situations.
