About the Job

As a Federal Materials Associate, you will join the Supply Chain team in Costa Mesa, CA. The team supports production and business growth through material management and inventory flow. You will demonstrate strong ownership, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve operational challenges creatively in a fast‑paced, resource‑limited environment. You will be flexible to provide support wherever needed to ensure products are shipped and received under stringent quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Process shipping and receiving at Costa Mesa and/or Santa Ana locations as needed
• Compile records concerning quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, in stock inventory, and/or in production
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product
• Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments according to production and shipping schedules
• Complete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority
• Maintain inventory by tagging, locating, and reporting shortages
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery or signal operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks
• Organize material into an efficient picking methodology for picking/kitting
• Monitor KPIs set by Management
• Adhere to regulations related to government property and inventory management (FAR/DFARS)
• Initiate opportunities for improvements
• Courier inventory between Anduril’s sites in Costa Mesa & Santa Ana

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent experience
• Previous experience with administration of government property & inventory management per FAR & DFARS
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, with flexibility for overtime
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to be onsite, local to Costa Mesa, CA or Santa Ana, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years forklift experience and license
• Experience in the defense/aerospace industry
• Experience with FAR Part 52.244 and DFARS part 252.244‑7001
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other warehouse management tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
• Experience with lot/serial/batch tracking
• Experience packaging and handling hazardous shipments
• Excellent customer service skills
• Adaptability in fast‑paced environments
• Flexibility for shift changes as business needs arise
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. clearance
• Active secret or top secret clearance within the last 5 years

US Hourly Range

$26—$34 USD.
