Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at the GS-05 level or education as described, or a combination thereof.
• For GS-09, one year of specialized experience at the GS-07 level or appropriate graduate education.
• Education combinations must meet 100% of the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage discovery in various formats.
• Provide case development and support during investigative, pre-trial, and trial phases.
• Prepare subpoenas, witness lists, and exhibit binders.
• Prepare exhibits and demonstratives for court proceedings.
• Provide general administrative support for assigned cases.
• Conduct factual and non-legal research.
• Draft routine motions and pretrial filings.
