Job summary

FSA Federal invites a Law Clerk to support the United States Attorney's Office in Greenville. This full-time role offers meaningful, mission-driven work within a national law enforcement initiative.

Under supervision, you will assist attorneys with litigation, draft motions and briefs, conduct legal research, and review work of paralegals. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Law degree or current ABA-accredited law student with at least one year completed.
• Experience researching law using research tools and law library resources.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong legal writing.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to work under pressure.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with the litigation process under supervision.
• Reviews work of paralegals and clerks.
• Prepares documents related to litigation, including motions, briefs, memoranda of law, etc.
• Screens documents for privilege.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
