Job summary

Bravent LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead Federal IT programs from planning through delivery, collaborating with government stakeholders, architects, engineers, and DevSecOps teams.

The TPM will translate broad requirements into executable plans, manage schedules, risks, and deliverables, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes in a fast-moving Federal environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing technology projects, software development, cloud initiatives, or modern IT programs.
• Experience delivering projects for Federal Government agencies or Federal contractors.
• Ability to manage technical teams of engineers, architects, developers, security, and infrastructure personnel.
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery processes and Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of Federal IT projects and technical workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Translate SOWs, PWSs, technical requirements, and objectives into executable activities.
• Drive projects from requirements through development, testing, security, deployment, and operations.
• Monitor progress against schedule, budget, and technical objectives.
• Communicate risks, issues, and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain executive-level status reports and program dashboards.
• Coordinate with Federal program managers, CORs, and product owners.
