Qualifications

• GS-9: one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 level in federal service.
• Specialized experience includes providing technical and advisory assistance to support information technology needs of an agency or public sector; assisting in planning and delivering customer support at computer user interfaces; and installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining networked systems.
• Education: Master’s or equivalent graduate degree in related field (e.g., Information Science, Engineering, Computer Science) or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such degree.
• Combination of education and experience may be used; graduate education must be in excess of 1 full year.
