Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT support or help desk experience.
• Strong customer-service orientation in high-volume environments.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Document, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, AD, and end-user computing.
• Create and maintain tickets and knowledge articles as needed.
• Manage user accounts, access, and password resets.
• Support executive/VIP technical needs and meetings.
