Job summary

KeenLogic seeks an experienced Program Management Specialist II to support the DEA’s IT Governance and CPIC program from Arlington, VA. This full-time role covers portfolio management, investment governance, strategic planning, and organizational analysis aligned with federal requirements.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in federal IT programs, PMP/PMI-BA, strong business analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills. Regular on-site hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with active clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• PMI-PBA or PMP credentials preferred.
• 10+ years of federal IT program experience.
• Experience with CPIC processes and IT governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience developing executive briefings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support IT portfolio management and CPIC processes.
• Assist in IT governance, strategic planning, and performance measurement.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Develop and document IT investment governance procedures.
• Identify and track performance indicators tied to strategic objectives.
• Facilitate meetings, trainings, and PMO activities.
• Support project planning and schedule development.
