• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 0-3 years of technical writing, documentation, or related roles.
• Ability to translate complex technical information for varied audiences.
• Experience with documentation tools (word processing, PDF, help-authoring).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical and security information into user guides, SOPs, workflows, and references.
• Interview engineers, analysts, and ITSM leaders to gather information.
• Apply writing standards and templates for cohesive content across manuals and online help.
• Produce content in multiple formats (web help, printable docs, training materials).
• Apply plain-language, accessibility, and federal guidelines for clarity and compliance.
• Coordinate review cycles and maintain version history with auditable changes.
• Partner with agile and DevOps teams to update docs with releases.
• Support documentation for cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and ITSM workflows.
• Align content with ITIL-based service management practices.
