Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12: interpreting recruitment laws, advising managers.
• Experience includes recruiting, examining, selecting, placing employees; using HR policies.
• Volunteer experience (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) counts toward qualifying experience.
