Job summary

Systems Integration, Inc. (SII) seeks a Project Manager to support a federal hotline operation. You will own contractor work, serve as the primary liaison for the Contracting Officer, and lead staffing, implementation, training, operations, and reporting.

The role requires US citizenship with required public trust clearance, 5+ years of project management experience, and a track record in federal contract operations, security compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• US Citizen and Public Trust clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five+ years of project management experience.
• PM certification preferred.
• Two years in law enforcement or OIG helpful.
• Experience managing federal contract operations and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for Contracting Officer and COR.
• Lead start-up, staffing, implementation, and training activities.
• Direct and coordinate operators, supervisors, and QA staff.
• Ensure live coverage Monday-Friday, 10:00–18:00 ET, excluding federal holidays.
• Monitor intake, closure, escalation, and notification of urgent matters.
• Prepare monthly activity reports with metrics and trends.
• Maintain security and confidentiality per SOPs and privacy requirements.
