Qualifications

Current, unrestricted registered nurse license.
Hearing conservation specialist certification.
Ability to perform hearing conservation duties within applicable clinical protocols.
Ability to meet government access, credentialing, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct hearing screenings and audiometric testing within authorized scope and established protocols.
Maintain accurate hearing conservation records and testing documentation.
Coordinate follow-up for results requiring clinical review.
Educate personnel on hearing protection and hearing conservation practices.
Coordinate with nursing staff and designated medical providers.
Protect the confidentiality of employee medical information.
Complete required training and maintain applicable credentials.
