Job summary

Analytica is seeking a Senior Manager to lead data-driven solutions for federal healthcare program integrity. You will oversee advanced analytics, fraud indicators, risk scoring, and investigative support across CMS, DHA, VA, and related agencies.

You will apply NLP, AI, entity resolution, network analysis, and graph techniques to complex healthcare data while ensuring governance, privacy, and compliance. Excellent client-facing leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctorate in a quantitative field or healthcare/public policy.
• Direct experience with federal healthcare program integrity and related domains.
• Strong background in healthcare data domains (Medicare/Medicaid/TRICARE etc.).
• Experience translating analytics into actionable investigations and decisions.
• Experience with modern analytics environments and AI techniques.
• Familiarity with privacy, governance, and federal data standards.
• Professional network in federal healthcare/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of data-driven solutions for federal health program integrity.
• Engage clients, translate challenges into defensible analytical strategies and risk indicators.
• Guide investigations, indicators, and lead-generation models leveraging NLP/AI methods.
